Item IIb. – Working Group on Vetting Stakeholder Panels and Expert Review  Panels 

The working group had a meeting that had to be postponed pending McKenzie drafting some  language.  Enclosed are two documents: one that describes OMB vetting process for stakeholder  panels and the second is a document that describes the OMB vetting process for Expert Review  Panels.   

RECOMMENDATIONS :   For OMB to review, modify if needed, and accept the documents.
