CANCE L LAT ION POL ICY If you must cancel, submit your request to cancel in writing to AOAC INTERNATIONAL via email to customerservice@aoac.org , or via fax to 301-924-7087, no later than August 26, 2019. NO REFUNDS will be issued for cancellations received after this date. A $50.00 administration fee will be assessed for all cancellations. Please note that substitutions from within the same organization are permitted without penalty.
