Conclusions
This enzymatic digestion LC-MS/MS method provides simultaneous quantitation of vitamins B 1 , B 2 , B 3 , and B 6 ; and was given First Action status for vitamins B 1 , B 2 , and B 6 . Method performance was demonstrated over 6 days in 14 different matrixes with three analysts and on two instruments. Intermediate precision averaged 3.9% and over-spike recovery was generally 95–105% for all four vitamins.
