F. Statistical Analysis

Statistical analysis was done using RStudio (version 1.2.1335) at the setting α =0.05. Principal component analysis (PCA) using the factoMineR, factoextra, and missMDA packages was conducted to examine any possible grouping of samples according to the deconvoluted MALDI-TOF MS spectra data.
