Proposed Statement of Work

• Survey current Non-Targeted methodologies used to test for food fraud. • Use that survey to develop an SMPR to evaluate NTT approaches for their reliability and usefulness. • Development standards for acceptance of NTT procedures for use as ingredient screening tools in domestic and international trade. • Can validation/verification guidelines be established?

Discussion Points

• Create Standard Method Performance Requirements for Non-Targeted Testing methods to demonstrate their effectiveness. • This SMPR should contain criteria on estimating the level of effectiveness of the Non-Targeted Test Method. – Validation/verification guidance.
