AOAC GFA Stakeholder Program Meeting Book (August 27, 2023)

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this study was to evaluate gluten quantification and recovery from barley and rye flours individually spiked into soy flour, cornbread, rolled oats and seasoning mix matrices using the GlutenTox ELISA Rapid G12 Kit (KIT3075) and two other commercial kits, Ridascreen ® Gliadin (R7001) and Ridascreen Total Gluten (R7041) Kits.
