AOAC GFA Stakeholder Program Meeting Book (March 15, 2023)

Prolonged storage of ground raw sesame in raw sesame oil, toasted sesame oil, canola oil, olive oil, and hummus for 7 days resulted in a significant decrease in detectable sesame with all bead set. Bead 73 was affected the most.
