RSD ≤24%, except one sample by one analyst (46%). Recoevery-31-204%, only four values by two analysts exceeded 150% recovery. All high recovery observed with hummus day 1 samples. Sesame recovery from spice mix was lower compared to others by all three analyst, few values below 50% recovery, limited to 31%. A slight reduction in recovery for day 7 hummus samples compared to Day 1, still within the acceptance criteria.
