Summary and Conclusions

Quality Control. In the packaging, white powders were observed with the ELISA kit C by all analysts, which may have leaked out from the extraction additive. No quality control issue observed with ELISA kit A and B. LOD and LOQ Greater than 3 times of the claimed LOD and LOQ values were observed with ELISA kit C for hummus samples. Higher values also observed with spice mix. Only slightly high LOD and LOQ value than claimed was observed with ELISA kit A and B for spice mix and hummus. Acceptance criteria for RSD values were met for ELISA kit A and B. ELISA kit C showed high RSD value with multiple hummus samples.
