Laura has been the regulatory manager for the Gluten Free Certification Organization, the leading gluten-free product certification program, since 2015. She has a doctorate in immunopathology, specializing in autoimmune diseases, and has over 30 years of laboratory experience, including clinical diagnostics, gluten and allergen testing, and test kit development.
