If environmental samples are not mentioned, the intended use has to be changed to Method for food testing for example. If the intended use is for cGMPs compliance, environmental samples have to be included in this SMPR. cGMPs involve sanitation, cleaning and control of cross contamination. Yes. FAO CXP_015e Pasteurization – a microbiocidal control measure where eggs or egg products are subjected to a process, using heat to reduce the load of pathogenic microorganisms to an acceptable level to ensure safety.

If specifity is added, should cross reactivity be tested as well and a list of food matrices be added for this purpose?
