AOAC food allergen activities have already lots of archives (wisdoms of ancestors) as Appendix D, F & M. We shall utilize them as the basis because these were the results of intensive discussion of the experts. What we concentrate to do is to unify them, harmonize with them and input the most recent information. In order to interpret the analysis result, it will be useful to know the target protein and antibody information. For instance, casein test and Beta-lacto albumin test is not necessarily identical in milk analysis.
