Action Items

1. Develop Acceptance Criteria for Difference of Means A. To potentially be included as an update to Appendix J or SMPR B. Determine if spoilage/indicator organisms will have same or different AC than pathogenic microorganisms C. Determine if AC is same for all types of technology (MPN vs. DP vs. non- traditional) or if specific AC will be established for each technology 2. Determine acceptance criteria for methods regarding: A. Total # of levels outside the Difference of Means Acceptance Criteria a method is allowed to have i. (ex. 1 discordant level per 3 matrices)

3. Develop workbook (s) that produces required statistical analysis
