Vetting of Stakeholder Panel Voting Members

• All stakeholders may share and contribute to the discussions • However, consensus of the stakeholders is demonstrated via voting conducted with a vetted, balanced representative group of stakeholders – Voting members are selected from registered attendees • All identified and perspectives are represented. – Region, Broad Perspective, Specific Perspectives • Stakeholder panels deliberate and reach consensus on standards.

SYNOPSIS OF REGISTRANTS AND PROPOSAL FOR REPRESENTATIVE VOTING MEMBERS

• There are 116 individuals registered for this meeting from 79 individual affiliations covering 14 countries.

• Organizations will determine the individual which will represents their perspective

• A maximum of 30 seats which ideally represents roughly one-third of the total number of organizations present.

• Any affiliation that meets the categories for a particular seat is eligible to sit in that seat. AOAC staff will track who specifically will be representing the stakeholders as voting members.
