• Official Launch of Working Group (WG) on Gluten Assays – First ISPAM WG formed through the WG initiative and fully funded by ISPAM Stakeholders – Will start development of a Standard Method Performance Requirement (SMPR®) for the detection of gluten in oats – Chaired by Dr. Joe Boison, CFIA
