The section provide a link to a reporting site.  d. Section A can be upgraded to “reported” data at the time a method is awarded Final Action  status. 

RECOMMENDATION : Please review proposed changes.  Revise as needed.  Request a formal motion and vote to include  Section A. Method Performance  in the Guide to Method Format.
