AOAC OMB Nomination Review (June 12, 2019)

More recently we have been involved in the preparation of a highly competitive multi-stage R&D proposal, from PRIMA Foundation (contributed by EU and members) which grants financing to excellent research to be undertaken by a consortium of European and Middle East countries. Prof Parisi has been involved in the preparation of such research proposal as a key member of a Jordan University to which he is currently Visiting Professor (Al-Balqa Applied University). Besides his strong background, he also showed excellent team player’ skills, bridging connections between researchers from institutions of different capacities and cultures.

Professor Parisi has always been competent, reliable, and resourceful. In my opinion, He is as good in pointing directions (e.g. as editor) as he is good as a team player.

Consequently, I highly recommend Prof Parisi for this role in OMB. Their personal qualities, skills and experience will certainly be appreciated by AOAC.

Sincerely,
