Adding Emteborg: Increases government representation of the broad perspective to nearly 1/3 of OMB, providing a solid representation of government. Adding Belgium increases the international representation in the regional perspectives. Very knowledgeable on method validation and verification, laboratory accreditation and quality. His addition also provides increases the numbers of representatives for reference standards and materials. Perspectives changes are represented and charted as below.
