The following reagents should be made just prior to the day of analysis: 0.1 M acetic acid buffer, pH 5.0+0.05, store at 4°C Glucose oxidase-peroxidase reagent, store in amber bottle at 4°C The analysis of the study samples will take approximately two days. Accurately record the weights of all study materials and QA samples used in analysis, to four decimal places, on the worksheet provided. Using the Excel template provided, report all raw data as well as the finalized results. If a spreadsheet program was used to calculate the analytical results please attach this when
