Multi-Laboratory Testing (MLT) data on SPIFAN matrices for First Action method AOAC 2012.22 “Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) in Infant Formula and Adult/Pediatric Nutritional Formula by UHPLC-UV” was sent to the Expert Review Panel (ERP) in January 2015 1 . Based on the aforementioned data, the method was not recommended to move forward to Final Action status due to high reproducibility values obtained for two samples (Infant Formula RTF Milk Based and Adult Nutritional Powder Low Fat). The Expert Review Panel offered the method authors the opportunity to test fresh samples from the new SPIFAN kit. An additional MLT testing on these two matrices was thus organized. The aim of this document is to present the results obtained on these two fresh samples.
