Xiao Jing is a researcher of the National Food Safety Risk Assessment Center, a Master of Pharmacy, a Doctor of Nutrition and food hygiene, and a director of the four-room standard of the National Food Safety Risk Assessment Center. The research direction is food detection technology, food safety standard inspection methods and

procedures. Now we are mainly engaged in the research of food safety testing standards, undertaking the related work of the Sub-Committee on Inspection Methods and Regulations of the Secretariat of the National Food Safety Standards Review Committee, and the preparation, revision and integration of food safety testing methods and regulations standards. Several national standards and technical specifications of inspection methods have been formulated, such as General Principles of Physical and Chemical Sections of Food Hygiene Inspection Methods; leading or participating in national scientific and technological research projects and natural fund projects, such as Research on Chemical Pollutant Exposure Assessment Technology; publishing more than 20 papers, such as Inspiration and Reference for Standard Work of Inspection Methods; more than 10 books, such as "Elements in Food". Guidelines for the implementation of a series of standards for testing methods. He served as a member of the First National Food Safety Standard Review Committee, an internal auditor for laboratory qualification determination and a reviewer of China Food Hygiene magazine.
