The LODs calculated (2.4 for electrode #1 and 2.1 for electrode #2) agree with the manufacturer’s suggested LOD of 2.0 µg/ 100g. Likewise, the LOQs of 3.7 and 3.2 confirm the estimation of 4 µg/ 100 g. Data generated by the blank samples can be found in Table V .

Ruggedness All matrices were tested on two electrodes from different vendors. The RSD ip of the samples - including those at or below the LOD - ranged from 0.6 – 7.7%, meeting the SMPR repeatability requirement of ≤ 8%. (Refer to Table I ). When comparing the data generated by each electrode, the ratios of the averages were 1.0 ± 0.03, indicating no bias between electrodes ( Table VI ).
