STAKEHOLDER PANEL ON INFANT FORMULA AND ADULT NUTRITIONALS (SPIFAN)
Aurélie Dubois, Science and Standards Programme Manager International Dairy Federation (IDF)
Aurélie Dubois is Science and Standards Programme Manager at the International Dairy Federation (IDF). She is a Food scientist (Master of Science), with knowledge, skills and experience in the fields of food science, standardization, analytical methods, food quality and safety and microbiology. She graduated from the ENSCPB, Bordeaux, France, with a focus on quality management, and internships in the dairy industry. Aurélie has joined IDF in February 2005. Since then, she has worked with many IDF Standing Committees and Task forces. She has represented IDF at various Codex meetings, and currently attends sessions of CCMAS, CCFA and CCFH.
She manages the IDF programme in areas of Standards and Food safety, in particular on:
- Food Additives
- Food Safety - Residues and Chemical Contaminants, Microbiological Hygiene,
- Methods of Analysis and Sampling - 6 Standing Committees working jointly with the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) in the joint development of standard for methods of analysis and sampling for milk and milk products,
Since 2014, she also manages the IDF Science and Programme Coordination Committee.
