Other Matters at CCNFSDU

• CCNSDU had asked CCMAS to consider the methods to measure sweetness in drink/product for young children with added nutrient / drink for children • CCMAS agreed to inform CCNFSDU that there are no known validated methods to measure sweetness of carbohydate sources and therefore no way to determine compliance of such a provision • CCNFSDU will continue to persue methods of analysis and resubmit to CCMAS
