• CCNSDU had asked CCMAS to consider methods to measure sweetness o CCMAS replied to CCNFSDU that “there are no known validated methods to measure sweetness of carbohydate sources” o An ISO sensory method was proposed by the EU and Switzerland o A CRD was submitted by AOAC / ISO / IDF oposing this method • CCNFDU formed an eWG to discuss sensory methods and report back at CCNFSDU 44 in 2024 CCNFSDU Discussion on Sweetness
