• New methods without MLV data might not make the CODEX timeline • Methods with MLV data could potentially go directly to Final Action • FDA EAM 4.7 is such a method with MLV data.

• Evaluate methods and move forward what we can • Make Scope broad so that multiple methods for given matrices/analytes could be submitted.
