*These values are adjustable and based on each individual run. The auto integration start point of protein integration should be about 0.4 minutes before the peak time of 10 kDa internal standard (after the solvent peak). The auto integration stop point should be around 7 minutes after the peak time of 10 kDa internal standard (at the valley between the peak of κ- casein and the joint peak formed by Ig H and BSA when using a Beckman instrument).
