2.4 Perform a manual integration of the larger whey proteins relative to casein. For this integration, choose the auto integration stop point as the start point of the manual integration and align the baseline with blank. Example:

Note: the manual integration should include all peaks after the start of manual integration until the end of the run, as long as peaks are detected.

3. Data calculation 3.1. .Edit the custom report to have a table containing only migration time and area 3.2. Choose the custom report from the report menu 3.3. Copy the table to an Excel sheet 3.4. Move the data from the internal standard out of the table (in red below) 3.5. Separately sum the lower molecular weight whey proteins, the caseins and the higher molecular weight whey proteins (if multiple peaks are detected):
