Supplementary Materials. The results of the APC analysis produced a range of 6.6 x 10 2 and 4.7 x 10 8 CFU/g. Two participants, from the same laboratory, reported APC counts at 6.6 x 10 2 and 3.3 x 10 3 CFU/g. These were the only results <3.0 x 10 7 CFU/g. It was reported that the technicians conducting the APC analysis were not familiar with enumeration techniques which may have led to the lower than expected results. Removing these two outliers, the average APC was 7.2 x 10 7 CFU/g. Complete APC results are presented in Table 2 of the Supplementary Materials. Temperature records obtained during the shipment of samples are presented in Table 3 of the Supplementary Materials. For the low inoculation level, 92 out of 120 test portions (POD CP of 0.77) were reported as presumptive positive by the candidate method with 90 out of 120 test portions (POD CC and POD C of 0.75) confirming positive. For the reference method, 99 out of 120 test portions were reported as positive (POD R of 0.83). A dLPOD C value of -0.08 with 95% confidence interval of (-0.31, 0.16) was obtained between the candidate and reference method, indicating no statistically significant difference between the two methods. A dLPOD CP value of 0.02 with 95% confidence intervals of (-0.22, 0.25) was obtained between presumptive and confirmed results indicating no statistically significant difference between the presumptive and confirmed results. For the high inoculation level, 120 out of 120 test portions (POD CP of 1.00) were reported as presumptive positive by the candidate method with 120 out of 120 test portions (POD CC and POD C of 1.00) confirming positive. For the reference method, 120 out of 120 test portions were reported as positive (POD R of 1.00). A dLPOD C value of 0.00 with 95% confidence interval of (-0.03, 0.03) was obtained between the candidate and reference method, indicating no Full-Cream Goat Milk Cottage Cheese (8.4% fat)
