 Provide technical support internally for scientists and project managers, and externally for  clients.  Project the revenue backlog monthly and update revenue recognition weekly for MD.  Assign new projects to MD team members based on laboratory resources and clients’ timelines.  Organize MD/MV team meetings including technical seminars, GLP training and new policy  orientation.  Prepare, submit and publish papers in scholarly peer‐reviewed journals. Labcorp                                                Senior Research Scientist                                                        2015‐ 2016   In addition to the role of Research Scientist, also responsible for:  Lead team of ~4 team members by scheduling and coordinating team’s daily tasks in the  laboratory and providing technical support.  Actively develop challenging assays, especially for small molecules, peptides, oligonucleotides,  PPMO, PMO, polymers, DBS, and biomarkers.   Lead the method validation and sample analysis under GLP regulations.   Train new scientists by providing guidance on GLP regulations and technical support.  Assist business development directors by providing technical support and input in preparing  quotes for new business opportunities.  Present posters/talks in conferences such as the American Society for Mass Spectrometry  (ASMS) and American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS).  Specialize in assay development, validation and sample analysis for numerous clients using  UPLC/HPLC, MS/MS, HR‐MS, UV and FD. These assays include small and large molecules in  different types of matrix (plasma, serum, whole blood, urine and various tissues), and are for  discovery, pre‐clinical, and clinical studies.
