Walnuts? Funding is available at NIST in the current fiscal year to procure materials to produce these two reference materials. Values for total protein will be assigned in each reference material via interlaboratory comparison. Homogeneity and stability assessed. Input is needed from the food allergen measurement community for their specifications.
