Priority Needs on microbiological alternative methods

Peru is the sixth-largest exporter in Latin America specially on edible fruits and nuts, which have been growing significantly in recent years. Avocados, asparagus, cranberry and peppers have enabled Peru to increase its presence in edible vegetables in the international market.
