Fitness For Purpose Statement  “Identification/Confirmation Method” The method must be able to identify known and  unknown (unexpected) PDE5 inhibitors in  various dietary supplement matrices.  Ideally, the method should combine targeted  and non‐targeted approaches, with the ability  to quantitate PDE5 inhibitors for which  reference standards are available.
