Reasoning/Summary: The ERP wanted more data to be provided, particularly limit of quantitation (LOQ)  and recovery data. 

First Action Requirements:  

 Method authors should provide SMPR 2017.003 performance tables 2 and 3, side by side, with their own data. MOTION to accept the First Action Official Methods of Analysis  recommendations  as presented (Rimmer / Mudge).  7 in favor, 0 opposed, 2 abstentions.  The motion passed.
