I. Summary of the Method

Determination of Low lactose or Lactose free in milk, milk products and products containing dairy ingredients by using an enzymatic electrochemical biosensor apparatus. Biolan enzymatic biosensors are systems that incorporate a biochemical sensing element in intimate contact with a transducer system that relates to the concentration of an analyte to a measurable signal. The analysis is performed directly with sample against pre calibrated system.
