No, Both on page 7 of the manuscript (page 51 of the book) and on page 1 of the product  instructions it is mentioned that a few strains of Shigella, Salmonella, Enterobacter, Citrobacter, and  Klebsiella can produce beta‐glucuronidase. It was considered by 3M the incorporation of some  confirmation test for E coli? On page 7 ( page 51 of the book)  "section D Sample preparation", line 26: it is mentioned a 42°C +/‐  1 °C incubation temperature, is this temperature for fecal coliforms? if it is so, should it be 44.5 °C?
