Appendix C: Chemistry

When applicable to the method, acceptance criteria shall be defined in the method for: calibration curves, calibration checks, standard preparations, quality control samples, blanks, spikes, matrix spikes, and duplicates.

The laboratory shall have a policy or procedure for how and when manual processing and/or integrating of chromatographic data is appropriate.
