Members of the WG develop specified minimum performance requirements (SMPRS) in preparation for a call for methods for Cannabis. 2016 NHP Research Society of Canada Neil Towers Award. Awarded to an individual based on scientific achievement and extraordinary contributions to the field of NHP Research and development. 2016 First Place Blue Ribbon, American Urological Association . Research award fro presentation “Dose Response of Cranberry in the treatment of Lower Urinary Tract Infections in Women” funded by the NIH. 2016 American Herbal Products Association Herbal Insight Award. Awarded to an individual or group for making significant contribution to furthering knowledge and understanding of botanicals and their uses. 2013 Thieme Award Planta Medica Most Innovative Original Paper. The award is based on scientific quality and on the interest that the paper has met with in the scientific community. 2011 Richard E. Schultes Research Award Recipient. The Richard E. Schultes Research Award is administered by the Society for Economic Botany and presented to one graduate student per year to support their proposed research project. The Society was established in 1959 and fosters research and education on the past, present, and future uses of plants by people. 2011 AOAC Expert Review Panel (ERP) of the Year Recipient. Members of the ERP review analytical methods and select one for further validation studies in preparation for First Action Method Status. Award received 2009 AOAC Fellowship – Awarded to volunteers in recognition for their dedication towards the Association.
