All ERP members presented a review and discussed the proposed collaborative study manuscript for OMAMAN‐ 42: Identification and Confirmation of Listeria monocytogenes, Listeria  spp. and Other Gram‐Positive Organisms  by the Bruker MALDI Biotyper Method: Collaborative Study (Daniele Sohier and Markus Kostrzewa, Bruker  Daltonics, Fahrenheitstraße 4, Bremen, 28359 GERMANY). The method author, Daniele Sohier of Bruker  Daltonics, was present and able to address questions and concerns of the ERP members. 3   A summary of  comments was provided to the ERP members and the method author. 4   By consensus, the ERP presented the  following motions for OMAMAN‐42.    MOTION:  Motion by Hitchins; Second by Arbault, to move OMAMAN‐42: Identification and Confirmation of  Listeria monocytogenes, Listeria  spp. and Other Gram‐Positive Organisms for First Action Official  Methods Status.  Consensus demonstrated by: 10 in favor, 0 opposed, and 0 abstentions (Unanimous). Motion Passed.   MOTION:  Motion by Hammack; Second by Salfinger, OMAMAN‐42: Identification and Confirmation of  Listeria  monocytogenes, Listeria  spp. and Other Gram‐Positive Organisms to be considered for AOAC Final  Action Methods Status, the following is required: 1) Positive and negative feedback  2) Information stated in (Question 22)   3) Provide user updates on the changes to the library.  Consensus demonstrated by: 10 in favor, 0 opposed, and 0 abstentions (Unanimous). Motion Passed.
