Two national food safety standards, including the determination of ethyl carbamate in food and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in food, have been drafted, 12 local standards have been drafted, acquired four national patents for inventions and participated in the compilation of 5 works. published more than 100 articles, including more than 20 SCI papers. Staff Comments: STAFF RECOMMENDATION:  Highly recommend Public Health Zhou Pingping has 8 years experience in chemical pollutant monitoring laboratory, and is familiar with gas chromatography and gas chromatography mass spectrometry. She has also some experience in liquid chromatography mass spectrometry instruments. She has been engaged in the detection of trace persist organochlorine pesticides, melamine, acrylamide, 3 ‐ chloro ‐ 1,2 ‐ propanediol, ethal carbamate and furans in food and established a series of quantity analysis and confirmation standards and methods. She has also organized several domestic laboratories to take part in the international comparison of acrylamide research as well as to pass with very good results the FAPAS tests on organochlorine pesticides and acrylamide etc. Moreover, she has drafted China’s national detection standards and limit standards of some key pollutants.
