4. Conclusion  All data presented in chapter 3 provide evidence that the OMA 2015.05 First Action (RIDASCREEN®  Gliadin competitive R7021) is suitable for measurement of partially hydrolyzed gliadin and secalin in  syrup and sourdough, respectively. Furthermore, data from a former collaborative test that led to  AOAC OMA First Action of this system showed that assay characteristics precision and recovery – especially for beer‐ did not change over the past three years.   The method developers kindly ask the ERP Gluten to propose this method for Final Action to the Official  Method board.
