President of the Graduate Student Association at VCU • Developed a proposal to implement the Graduate Student Association as a governing body at VCU by working on the Student Affairs portion of the Strategic Plan for the Graduate School at VCU. • Created a Constitution and By-Laws in which a legislative body will be formed to oversee the concerns of the graduate students. • Served on the Priority Committee for the Institutional Review Board. • Served on the University Council, the Graduate Council, the Graduate Dean's Advisory Committee, and the Board of Visitors. • Appointed representatives to campus wide committees.
