– Method developers attest that no changes have been  made since the last certification by submitting fees and  the following by a specified date in the November i  t    o ‐ December timeframe:

• Certificates are renewed annually on a calendar year  basis – January 1 st through December 31 st

Certification Renewal

– Documentation is reviewed and if no changes, a new  certificate is granted for the next calendar year. • Failure to disclose changes or to submit 

documentation could result in suspension or revoking  of use of the PTM certification mark
