Method developed for measurement of anthocyanins by LC-Abs. Method developed for fingerprinting of proanthocyanidins by LC-FL- MS. Conducted stability testing of organic acids by LC-MS. in Frozen Human Serum Attempted to develop an ID-LC-MS/MS method for cyanocobalamin. Detection limits are not low enough for the SRM.
