The qualification sample done prior to the collaborative study was done in triplicate. That data has been provided already to the study coordinator.
Since the fatty acid distribution in natural samples is not even (that is, some are very high level while others are very low), consider the use of multiple calibration standards of different concentrations for more accurate quantitation.
