SUMMARY OF OMB BALLOT RESULTS FOR SPSFAM AND SPDS DECEMBER 2017 ERPs  All twelve (12) OMB members cast ballots.  ERPs were formed based on 2/3 vote in agreement with the  CSO recommendations.  Any suggestions were reconciled where possible.  For the formation or revision  of an ERP roster, eight (8) of the twelve (12) OMB members had to cast ballots in agreement with the  CSO’s recommendations for the formation or revision of the ERP.

Resolution

‐ A quite full number of experts proposed for this top‐concerned issue  but no objection if there is no maximum number for ERP members ...  ‐ Es‐Safi appears in 6 times out of the 8 proposed ERPs, is it a  manageable option for the ERP and for him/her ...  ‐ Rimmer appears in 8 times out of the 8 proposed ERPs, the same  interrogation ...

No maximum number for  ERP members.

My description for this one is still in error.

Followed up with project  coordinator.

2. ERP for SPSFAM Proanthocyanidins in Cranberries Methods including recommended  chair, Holly Johnson (Alkemist Labs)  In  agreement  In agreement  with suggestions  Disagreement: Abstentions Result  9  2  0  1  ERP Roster formed as presented

Resolution

I don't see the suggestion for one of the Eurofins candidates.   Suggest pick on or have only one vote for company.  Not to have both authors of the same submitted method, i.e.  , Krueger and Reed, joining the ERP when they account for 2  out of the 10 experts proposed. Only one of the 2 could be  sufficient in my opinion.

ERP members from the same  organization represent only one vote.   Discussed during the OMB call that  method authors can be ERP  members.
