‐ Industry accounts for 80% of the 14 experts, wouldn't it be an  alternative to recruit academics or government ERP members?  ‐ Mérieux NutriSciences accounts for 2 ERP experts, i.e. Bhandari and  Szpylka, out of the 14 proposed ones, acceptable?  ‐ Eurofins accounts for 2 ERP experts, i.e. Reimann and You, out of  the 14 proposed ones, acceptable? 

Recruiting expertise is a  multifold process that  includes a Call for Experts,  and leveraging networks.  However, we do welcome  recommendations

Please check if Mr. Schaneberg is willing to chair all 6 ERPs (amino  acids, protein, ginger, vitamin K, folin C, and kratom). If he is willing  to chair all ERPs, then I agree with the ERP for SPDS Folin C Methods  without suggestions.  ‐ There is a one alone method proposed, no alternative to compare  with at least one other analytical option, couldn't it be launched a  second period for new methods submission ... ? 

Brian Schaneberg did agree to  chair all six (6) SPDS ERPs.  

Not an issue as long as the  method is measured against  the SMPR

Please check if Mr. Schaneberg is willing to chair all 6 ERPs  (amino acids, protein, ginger, vitamin K, folin C, and kratom). If  he is willing to chair all ERPs, then I agree with the ERP for  SPDS Ginger Methods without suggestions.  If Cao could be eliminated, that would give Herbalife a single  vote. 

Brian Schaneberg did agree to chair  all six (6) SPDS ERPs.  

Herbalife has only one vote per the  ERP policy. 

Removal of Jameel Baig

‐ Proposal to eliminate Es‐Safi and Yang in addition to Baig and  Cao
