Action Item: Delia will email the instructions for uploading studies/sharing files in Goggle Doc. Delia will upload the study and send information on where and how to access it Action Item: Delia will check how we can share documents and reviews among the entire committee. Do we need a policy statement from AOAC on who can see the study? For example, Conflict of interests would have to be accommodated. Proprietary information needs to be accommodated. Redacting company name, sharing only partial data, etc. may be adequate to deal with this. Also, copyright may need to be considered. John Philips provided files for learning from past experience. Qian had emailed. Action Item: Qian will ask Paul to provide his old examples/files Delia informed us that all requests for review MUST come through AOAC. Delia and Deborah McKenzie are the contact people. New statistical member has been approved.Anli Gao (University of Guelph, Canada)

Appendix 1 • 2015 statistics symposium - The Call for Scientific Sessions deadline is December 9, 2014. We need to identify 3 speakers:  Paul Wehling  Robert LaBudde (he will provide the file for his talk but he will find someone to deliver his talk because he will not attend the meeting)  Hilde recommended Dr. WolfhardWegscheider (the Chairman of Eurachem) he is requesting registration/travel assistance. • Discussion: The topic must be relevant to the AOAC membership. There is some room to modify the topic(s) after the Dec. 9 th , 2014 deadline, assuming the symposium is accepted. • Approach - Focus on identifying a general theme of the symposium, then determine what specific topics will be addressed by each speaker • Suggestions for a theme included:  “Practical Issues in Measurement Experiments” or, focus on validation studies in particular.
