Job responsibility at SGS India: (Reporting to Managing Director and member of affiliate operational council at SGS India) Leading the strategic growth of group of Multi laboratories (with more than 200 direct and indirect reportees and multiple expertise in the area of ultra trace analysis, residue analysis, metal and mineral analysis, Food and agricultural analysis, water analysis and environment monitoring) to achieve operational excellence and service excellence. During two and half year tenure, laboratories have achieved: Financial:-  More than double growth in revenue and sample volume.
