Led method development/validation projects in dietary supplement and food analysis, e.g. carotenoids, tea polyphenols, cocoa flavanols, anthocyanin, creatine monohydrate, sulforaphane, steviol glycosides, chondroitin sulfate, glucosamine, and so on; investigated method performance; drafted and finalized method SOPs and investigation reports. − Oversaw and performed analysis using instrumentation such as high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), gas chromatography (GC), and wet chemistry techniques; troubleshot equipment/instruments and performed minor repairs. − Provided technical support for internal departments and clients; helped developing, verifying and validating analytical methods for clients; interacted with prospective clients in order to define their problems and issue appropriate quotes and proposals; created and reviewed literature for marketing new methods and instruments capabilities to clients. − Represented Eurofins Scientific in dietary supplement and food industry.

Buffet Foundation and a part of the Africa Biofortified Sorghum Initiative, an international collaborative program to improve the health of millions of people who rely on sorghum as their dietary staple.
